  • Short bio: Dr. Antão Moura received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He serves as a consultant to several Brazilian government institutions and private enterprises. His current R&D interests include Business-Oriented IT Management and IT Economics (open source code software in particular). Other interests include mapping needs and planning actions to bring Web technologies within reach of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in collaboration with the Brazilian SME Agency (SEBRAE).

Jacques Sauvé

  • Short bio: Dr. Jacques Philippe Sauvé received a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He is a consultant in several technology fields, with special emphasis in Computer Networks and Business-Oriented IT Management. He was Vice-President of Development for Light-Infocon for several years. He is currently professor in the Computer Science Department at the Federal University of Campina Grande where his efforts are concentrated in the areas of advanced architectures for Information Systems and IT Management. Dr Sauvé has published 10 books.
